Neil M. Frank is managing
partner of Frank & Associates, P.C.
Mr. Frank is an employment
and labor relations generalist, and regularly practices before federal and state
administrative agencies, the National Labor Relations Board, federal and state courts, and
state and federal human rights agencies. He has been successful company counsel in more
than 200 NLRB elections.
He advises and litigates on a
variety of employee-related laws, including the National Labor Relations Act, wage/hour
laws, OSHA, COBRA, IRCA, laws against discrimination, ERISA, FMLA and ADA. He has
negotiated collective bargaining and individual employment agreements throughout his
career, advised employers in hundreds of grievance meetings and tried numerous
arbitrations.
Mr. Frank is a frequent
lecturer before business and professional organizations, and has conducted a multitude of
in-house training programs on employment-related topics.
